The Customer Service Counter is located near the Salisbury Garden entrance.
The nearest baby care and breastfeeding facilities are at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Toilets for guests with disabilities are located at the restaurant / café area at the Avenue of Stars and Salisbury Garden. Should you require further assistance, please contact the Customer Service Counter (Tel: 5501 4431).
The HKSAR Government offers free WIFI at the Avenue of Stars. Please connect your device to “Wi-Fi.HK” network and you are free to surf after completing login.

Smoking is prohibited at the Avenue of Stars.
To preserve the cleanliness of the environment, please do not feed the birds. Pets (except guide dogs for the visually impaired) are also prohibited at the Avenue of Stars.
Fishing is not allowed within the Avenue of Stars.
In order to ensure the safety in Avenue of Stars, please do not climb, use bicycles and scooter within the Avenue of Stars.
No person shall conduct cultural, entertainment, recreational or sports activities at Avenue of Stars venues without obtaining the prior permission from the Avenue of Stars Management Limited (AOSML). The AOSML has the right to terminate any such activities immediately.
The Avenue of Stars is owned by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD). For any commercial filming or media interview, prior application and permission from the LCSD and the Avenue of Stars Management Limited are required. Otherwise, the aforementioned organisations reserve the right to terminate any such activities.
